A company in West Houston is seeking a Payroll Professional to join their team on a direct hire basis. This role will work in office Monday-Thursday and remote on Friday. Candidate must hold their Bachelors Degree with 5+ years of Payroll experience as well as strong experience analyzing data for discrepancies and trends. Please see below for more details. Bi-weekly payroll - 750-800 employees
Strong Excel Required, Pivot tables, vlookups, X and H lookups
Using Paycom for 3rd party processing but all the work before the GL is done in Excel
Takes the data from Paycom and then has to determine entries before uploading to accounting software
Must be someone who can analyze processes and procedures, take ownership of process
Strong experience analyzing data for discrepancies and trends
Must have Bachelors Degree
